We collect information that may allow for the identification of an individual ("Personal Information") (i) from individuals who upload user content to the Client or other digital resources (such as the Client's website, Instagram, or Facebook) on behalf of our Clients ("Social Media Users"), and (ii) from users who interact with Client galleries.
For each of these groups, we collect the following personal information:
Social Media Users: We gather information from social media users, such as public uploads and posts, including public photos. With such assets, we process the name, social media username, physical address (if available), email address (if available), IP address, and geographic location (if available).
End Users: When end users interact with our websites or user galleries, we collect IP addresses and date/time stamps. If an end user purchases products directly from a Client's digital resource, Frisbuy additionally collects purchase information (including product identifier, transaction identifier, transaction amount, purchase date, a unique identifier that our Client may have assigned to such an end user), email address, and username (if provided by the end users to the Clients).
3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Social Media Users: We process the personal information we receive from you solely to provide the services for which our clients have engaged us. Our clients to whom you have submitted content through Frisbuy Services or whose branded hashtags, @brand mentions, or branded location tags you have included in your social media posts may use your username or email address to contact you, in addition to utilizing your photograph. IP addresses and geographic locations are used for content filtering by region, country, or other local area. Such data is used only with your consent.
End Users: We process the Personal Information described above to enable our Clients to analyze which digital assets you engaged with prior to purchasing a product from the Client's digital property after interacting with user galleries on these digital resources. Additionally, we gather information for the improvement of the Services, as well as for enhancing marketing, analytics, and functionality of the Services. Lastly, we log IP addresses and date/time stamps for security investigation and/or prevention of breaches.
4. ACCESS TO AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Upon request, Frisbuy will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information and, if so, what personal information we hold. If your personal information changes or if you wish to exercise your right to be forgotten, you can correct, update, delete, or deactivate your information from our records by logging into your account (for customers) and making the necessary changes, or by directly emailing your customer relationship manager (for clients), or by contacting Frisbuy at privacy@frisbuy.com (for social media users and end users). We will respond to requests for access to Personal Information within 10 business days of receiving such a request, in accordance with this section.
5. COOKIE FILES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, scripts, or similar technologies are used by Frisbuy and our third-party marketing partners, affiliates, and analytics service providers. These technologies are used for trend analysis, administration of the Services, tracking user movements across the Services, and gathering demographic information about our overall user base. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by the aforementioned third parties on both an individual and aggregated basis.
